The MyProfessionalBusinessCards is listed on its official website to be compatible with the following versions of Windows: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit, and Windows 7 32-bit.
As you can see above, it's not even developed to work on Windows 10, that's why you encounter issues. Try applying a compatibility tweak using right click on file then Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows 7 from the drop down menu and then run it again.
If it keeps throwing issues, then downgrade the version of Windows to the previous build. Go to Start > Settings > Backup and Security > Recovery > Get Back.
I purchased My Professional Business Cards (SKU No. 3670, version No. 7) several years ago. Now, I have Windows 10. Will I be able to install the program from the disc that I have?
Thanks, Ron Stoufflet.

According to the system requirements provided by the developers, version 7 is compatible with the following operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit.
As you can see, there is no Windows 7, but that doesn't mean it won't work on this operating system. Simply right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility then select Windows 7 from the list and tick the Run as Administrator option as well. This should allow you to run the app on Windows 7. You can also ignore the warnings that appear in case that happens.
